- Interface with Architects, Product Managers, Support, and Operations to understand requirements for developing Proof of Concepts, Prototypes to Final Product Features.
- Compose and maintain design specifications and component documents.
- Design alongside a Team of Engineers focusing on Design First Thinking, incorporating different End User Personas.
- Full Stack Development. Implement Front End development and Back End Development improving Business Logic, enhancing, and building New Features.
- Embrace agile development methodologies like Jira, SCRUM, or Kanban.
- Embrace and institute best practices and coding standards such as Code Reviews, Logging and Instrumentation, Unit Testing within the Team.
- Understand and troubleshoot field issues. Diagnose customer problems through systematic root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- BS or MS degree or equivalent in a technical field preferred, with at least 8 years of directly related work experience. Equivalent experience may be substituted for formal education
- Strong Understanding of Computer Science Fundamentals; Algorithms and Data Structures.
Preferred Qualifications: - Solid understanding of implementing Web Application Security, is Desirable and Good to Have.
Previous experience with Cloud Computing Technologies; Microsoft Azure or AWS or Amazon EC2. - Demonstrated Frontend Development with JavaScript or React or AngularJS.
- Understanding of Application of Scripting in a Core Scripting Language; PowerShell.
- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory or Azure Active Directory is Desirable and Good to Have.
- Moderate experience with Azure App Insights, New Relic, or other Application Performance Monitoring, is Desirable and Good to Have.
- Moderate knowledge of Sumo Logic or Splunk is Good to Have.
- Moderate knowledge of cryptography is Good to Have.

You are a Staff Software Engineer with 8 plus years of experience in Object Oriented Programming Language C#, Net Technologies, or Java.
