Sales and Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at a medium-sized manufacturer of optical precision components Shape sales and marketing into a defining function Sales and Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Our client is a medium-sized manufacturer of optical precision components (lenses, aspheres, lenses, systems) used for various applications in image processing, laser technology, and medical technology as a product or custom solution.

A key success factor is the high level of in-house production with the highest quality standards at the central location in southern Germany.

As part of an ambitious plan for further growth, the sales and marketing department is now to be developed into a driving and defining force.

For this, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.


Your tasks:

Activation and leadership of the organization towards active, agile, and sustainable market development with reporting to the CEO Establishment and expansion of an active, strategically sound, and systematic sales approach Market research, identification, and systematic, sustainable activation of potentials or (new) customers, initially primarily in the DACH region, later expanded internationally (including USA) Design and implementation of a suitable organization through confident leadership and systematic expansion of an efficient sales team Identification of current and future market requirements and implementation of measures and targeted actions for sales success Systematization of sales activities through conception, introduction, and implementation of tools for sales support or control (CRM, controlling, KPI control...)
