    Prestigious law firm is looking to add a stellar Commercial Real Estate Associate to their team This firm prides itself on the growth of their legal professionals and offers an inclusive, collaborative environment for employees to flourish.

    Desired Background:

    • 2-20 years of experience in real estate including commercial real estate closing costs, transactions, loans, commercial leases, zoning laws, contracts, and commercial real estate taxes
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a successful litigation strategy
    • Licensed to practice in Texas
    • Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
    • Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
