Full Job Description:

This position plays a key role in driving Pret's catering business by focusing on prospecting, customer service, and operational excellence.

  • Acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships
  • Manage client and prospect details in catering software
  • Implement upselling strategies to meet client needs and boost revenues
  • Coordinate and oversee event execution
  • Assist in digital catering operations and collaborate with third-party partners
  • Collaborate with Operating team to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction
  • Act as a bridge between customers/partners and Operations Team for seamless communication
  • Provide sales insights and support across departments
  • Engage with clients to maximize business opportunities and resolve issues
  • Demonstrate expertise in catering services, managing large events, and enhancing customer experience
  • Attend networking events to enhance brand visibility
  • Participate in projects and other assigned tasks
