Summary


Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage, update and maintain the internal product information management platform
  • Photographing products prior to shipment and maintaining in the product information management platform
  • Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships
  • Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to maximize ROI
  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign performance and effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales, product development and engineering to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing efforts
  • Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Execute and support marketing events, including webinars, conferences and trade shows
  • Coordinate logistics, promotion, and followup activities
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve marketing strategies and processes
  • Other duties as assigned
