    Job Summary:


    Crossroads Hyundai, located in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking to hire a skilled Automotive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy dealership's administrative department.

    The ideal candidate will have prior experience in automotive office administration and a strong understanding of accounting, customer service, and dealership processes.

    This full-time, salaried position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year, with weekly pay. The Automotive Office Manager will report directly to the corporate controller.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all administrative functions of the dealership, including accounting, customer service, and inventory management
    • Manage and lead a team of administrative staff, providing direction, training, and support as needed
    • Handle all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily cash reconciliations
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all operational and financial reports
    • Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory and supplies, ordering as needed
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Collaborate with other department managers to ensure efficient and effective dealership operations
    • Enforce company policies and procedures and maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
    • Prior experience in automotive office management or a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and dealership processes
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
