As part of our two-year training program, you will learn how to assist and advise customers in various areas such as credit, securities, payments, savings, and insurance.

You will also gain experience in planning, organizing, and managing our bank.

In addition to your training salary, you will receive a monthly contribution towards your savings plan, a learning materials allowance, a year-end bonus, a bonus for passing your final exam, 30 days of vacation per year, and 5 days of special leave for exam preparation.
