JF Restaurants is looking for experiencedBack Servers.
- Back Servers are responsible for crafting exceptional guest experiences, providing personalized service, anticipating and delivering guests' needs efficiently.
You must possess a genuine appreciation for the hospitality well as maintaining the JF standards of service within the F&B outlet.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in every step of service to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Set up, clear and clean tables before, during and after the service
- Polish and stock equipment for operation (silverware, linens & glassware)
- Ensure that guest tables and bus stations are maintained to our standards at all times and in a timely fashion
- Anticipate and accommodate all needs of the guests
- Provides professional and exceptional service while always maintaining a positive attitude
- Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all fellow team members
- Maintain general cleanliness of stations and entire venue
- Possesses indepth knowledge of all food menus and the company
- Complies with Department of Health and company sanitation standards
- Attends and participates in daily preservice meetings
- Attends and participates in any training sessions or departmental meetings
- Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
- Open Availability
- A friendly disposition and proactive nature
- Ability to work and remain focused in a fastpaced and everchanging environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time
- The ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion
