We are seeking a
Manager, Planner & Replenishment, to support our relationship with one of our top retailers, Walmart

As a key member of our Operations team, you will directly drive sales and impact inventory levels with one of our top accounts.

Using your expertise, you will forecast Point-of-Sale (POS) and manage customer inventories through planning, analysis, and order recommendations.

You will provide a comprehensive analysis of sales activity and execute strategies to drive in-stock performance to maximize POS and achieve shipment goals.

You will need to analyze sales and give strategic recommendations to optimize our items in the stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and comprehend sales item performance. Suggest changes based on sales. Identify sales issues (in stocks, shipment issues, item location performance and more). Prepare sales reports with recommendations.
Forecast sales and inventory levels on a weekly basis, events plans are up to date. Manage and update POS profiles as needed to ensure accurate POS projections for the season/year.
Work with sales leads to forecast and update shipment plans by item on an ongoing basis.
Ensure the proper amount of orders are always in the pipeline to support sales and shipment goals. For domestic orders, monitor and approve the weekly replenishment order, making sure all weekly needs are covered.
Review weekly and provide analysis / solutions for any item below corporate goals. Have weekly conference call with Walmart replenishment to review current business and address any in stock opportunities.
Meet with sales lead regularly to discuss POS trends and shipments needed to support those trends. Recommend forecast changes and be prepared to discuss detailed forecast rationale in corporate forecast meetings.
Meet with Walmart replenishment, planners, and buyers once per quarter to align on seasonal POS forecasts by item and department.

Education, knowledge, and experience required.

College degree in related field

years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, retail planning and/or sales

Working knowledge of demand planning, allocation, and forecasting tools
Understanding of retail landscape and consumer insights
Previous experience working with Walmart.
Knowledge of Walmart Retail link is a MUST.
Understanding Luminate a plus
Skills required

Strong analytical
Advanced Microsoft Access and Excel skills (Index matching, pivot tables, Macros etc.)
Knowledge in Walmart GRS
Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple sources of data.
Ability to forge strong relationships both internally and with the account.
Strong verbal and written communication skills/presentation skills a plus
Thrives in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.

Pay:
From $70,000.00 per year
