Your Responsibilities:

Participation in the supplier selection process, including support in obtaining quotes, price and contract negotiations
Creation and maintenance of a procurement plan within the program
Ensuring timely and budget-compliant supply of materials according to work packages up to at least level 7
Regular monitoring and updating of progress
Risk and change management regarding supply chain and procurement-specific issues
Ensuring a constructive customer/supplier relationship
Coordination of the supplier qualification process and negotiations of QSV, support for on-site audits
Development and qualification of suppliers according to aviation standards
Initiating measures in case of deviations in the process or process weaknesses

Completed degree in business administration or engineering
Several years of professional experience in purchasing/supply chain in manufacturing industry
Excellent German language skills
Fluent English language skills
Very good knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Analytical-conceptual way of working and entrepreneurial thinking
Confident appearance, communication skills and negotiation skills
Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and EN9100 is an advantage
