    About the Role:
    As Director of Accounting, you will spearhead all aspects of financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic guidance.

    From overseeing day-to-day accounting functions to driving long-term financial planning, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial success of our client.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

    Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

    Develop and implement financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.

    Drive strategic financial planning and budgeting processes, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as operations, sales, and procurement to optimize financial performance.

    Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, advising senior leadership on potential impacts and opportunities.

    Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.

    Proven experience (7+ years) in progressively responsible accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
