As the Director of Accounting and Controls (m/f/d) at our Fort Atkinson location, you will report to the VP Finance Industrial Group and the VP, Corporate Controller.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders in the Industrial Group operating businesses and throughout the company to ensure compliance with US GAAP technical accounting, manage the monthly/quarterly close process, uphold CIRCOR accounting policies, and address key accounting matters.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating all necessary elements to complete assigned tasks, utilizing influential leadership to obtain information from key contributors and meet project and filing deadlines.

You will work independently and oversee broad assignments to achieve our goals.
