What to Expect

  • You will create innovative building technology concepts for various commercial building types in new constructions and renovations
  • You will independently conduct technical due diligence for the purchase and sale of existing properties or project developments in commercial portfolios
  • You will assess the condition and quality of existing building services systems and perform quality control during implementation and acceptance of new systems
  • You will provide technical advice and act as a competent contact person for internal stakeholders
