The
House in the Sun Garden is a special living facility (formerly a residential home for people with disabilities).

As a subsidiary of the Blind Association of Lower Saxony (BVN), our facility has taken on the task of caring for a unique clientele.

Our residents are all significantly visually impaired or blind.

We place great importance on designing the environment and training our staff to meet the specific needs of visually impaired individuals.

Due to the special needs of our residents, we have an above-average staff-to-resident ratio.

With this exceptional level of care, we create a varied and interesting workday in the home of our 35 residents, with a staff-to-resident ratio of 1:1.

We are currently seeking a Team Leader for one of our living areas.

As a
_Special Needs Caregiver, Elderly Caregiver, _or
_Healthcare Professional _with an interest in leadership responsibilities, you are the perfect fit for our team.

You will receive an experienced mentor who will provide intensive support during your first year in a leadership role.

Our entire leadership team is closely connected and in constant communication, and we have helped many "newcomers" become confident leaders.

However, we also welcome experienced colleagues who bring new ideas and perspectives.

Team leaders work as specialists in their teams and receive a monthly allowance of €150.
