Description

We are looking for you immediately as a pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) for our residential group of the stationary children and youth welfare institution "BR-AWO Land" in Neuleibis. The employment is permanent and with the desired number of hours by you.

The stationary children and youth welfare institution is conceptually focused on a life-world oriented and individual promotion of children and adolescents. We are planning to expand our main institution as well as supplement our multi-professional team of the external residential group 1 and are looking for you for this purpose.

Your tasks

Social and pedagogical group and individual work
Participation in the conceptual framework
Help planning, admission and help plan discussions
Analysis, planning and implementation of pedagogical tasks
Coordination and implementation of pedagogical concepts
Close cooperation with parents and involved institutions

What you bring

Completed pedagogical studies or training as a state-recognized educator (m/f/d)
