Position Summary


Holden Roofing is looking for a Digital Content Creator to develop video & social media content, create compelling and on-brand digital content, and produce a diverse range of assets, including photos, videos, graphics, GIFs, memes, stories, blogs, and live streams.

This position will also assist in preparing media for events (e.g. - tradeshows, sales awards, recruiting, etc.).

This position will be integral to the team and is expected to participate in brainstorming sessions, assist with the implementation of ideas, and being an all-around, hands-on, and dedicated team member.

This role sits on the Marketing Team and reports to the Marketing Director.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Capture and Create highquality, engaging digital content for various channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Schedule and deliver digital content that fits within the Digital Marketing & Engagement social media strategy and Holden's overall content strategy
  • Indepth knowledge of the hardware and tools needed for digital content production (e.g., Cameras, Lighting, Microphones, Gimbals, etc.)
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to inform content decisions and adjustments
  • Support the Marketing Director in developing Holden's digital engagement strategy encompassing campaigning, storytelling, and brand building as we strengthen the company's reputation and further grow the brand
Required Qualifications

  • At least 4 years' experience in video production or social media content
  • Proven experience as a digital content creator for multiple channels
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging social media content across multiple platforms
  • An understanding of storyboarding (creation and interpretation)
  • Proficiency in video production & editing, photo editing, graphic design, and tools/software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, proofreading and editing skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in an everchanging environment
  • An understanding of raster vs. vector graphics and the knowledge of when and how to use each properly in production
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Wellorganized and able to work independently with an attention to detail and brand consistency
Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Video Production,
Design, or a related field

  • Experience in working with the roofing or construction industry
  • Experience in print production and static design

Pay:
$48, $52,000.00 per year
