Overview:
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage site visits, ensuring optimal scheduling efficiency
- Utilize proprietary electronic systems internal management purposes (includes paid training)
- Provide excellent customer service to site contacts, addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling issues promptly
- Maintain accurate and uptodate schedules for dispatch team
- Adhere to industry standard regulations and maintain customer confidentiality
- Collaborate with dispatch team and management to streamline the scheduling process
Experience:
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on scheduling and organization
- Experience with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office products is preferred
- Experience working as a receptionist or secretary in a medical, dental, or administrative setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
