Care Innovations Home Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant/Scheduler to join our team of committed professionals.


The Office Assistant/Scheduler's duties and responsibilities include providing support to the scheduling team to ensure client shifts are fully assigned.


Compensation:
$ based on experience along with an on call rate.


Duties:


  • Monitor caregiver schedules to fill unassigned shifts in a proactive manner
  • Ensure all scheduled caregivers are at their assigned shifts
  • Fill any call in's with appropriate caregivers
  • Take all incoming calls and contact the appropriate team member if necessary
  • Document all schedule changes within scheduling software and keep an oncall log via Google docs report
  • Communicate with caregivers as it relates to availability on a weekly basis
  • Manage the monthly distribution of PPE to, including management of the inventory
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks and ad hoc projects
  • Facilitate the distribution of biweekly insurance invoices for client billing
  • Complete administrative tasks utilizing Word, Excel, Google Docs
  • Assist management team with miscellaneous client needs; whether researching service providers, ordering groceries, or misc. errands

Requirements:


  • Employee scheduling experience working with a sense of urgency

Must have experience as an office assistant (home healthcare is preferred)

Must proficient with Google Docs, Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Ability to prioritize tasks/projects while meeting completion goals
  • Excellent communications, customer service, and problemsolving skills
  • Self starter with exception organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection while working remote every other weekend

Must be a team player with strong communication skills and highly developed work ethic

  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • High school diploma (some college preferred)
  • Have an valid driver's license and auto insurance
