Your tasks:

As a Senior Agile Coach, you will support our interdisciplinary teams in all challenges of digital projects: You ask the right questions, apply agile methods and frameworks competently and without dogma.

You support the teams with a bold, outcome-oriented mindset and clear, enthusiastic communication.

Details about the position:

You support our interdisciplinary teams in challenges on the way to digital solutions that work better for their users: From sparring on all aspects of modern product development to efficient and effective processes both within the team and together with our project partners, to conflict resolution.
As a flexible specialist, you take on the support of several teams and offer tailored support. You observe, listen and ask questions.
You share (even unsolicited) perspectives, methods and tools. Your overarching goal is to enable and empower the team.
You moderate internal and external workshops with a good sense of effectiveness and needs. You support our teams in growth, ideas and innovation as well as in developing priorities and resilience.
You are the first to learn about new good and best practices from the tech world and can't wait to evaluate them yourself.
