Our client, a medium-sized company specializing in demolition and dismantling of buildings, is looking for a Construction Manager (m/f/d) in
direct placement.

Responsibilities

  • You conduct initial meetings for the responsible trades
  • You ensure proper construction site setup and coordinate personnel and necessary equipment
  • You conduct quality checks during construction
  • You inspect the ongoing progress and hold regular construction meetings
  • You calculate offers in the areas of demolition, dismantling, hazardous material remediation, and earthworks
  • Negotiation of contracts and change orders with the client are part of your responsibilities
  • You ensure proper documentation of work
  • You are responsible for organizing order and safety in your area of responsibility
Profile

  • You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in this field
  • You have knowledge in civil engineering
  • You enjoy being handson and contributing
  • You are a team player and have strong organizational skills
  • You have good communication skills, technical understanding, and safety awareness
