is a family owned and operated ready mix concrete, aggregate, and building materials company serving South Central Wisconsin. We are committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. We currently have career opportunities for Production Managers in Southern WI

This position is responsible for the daily operation of the plant, including but not limited to:

Operations

Production

Inventory Control

Safety

Maintenance

Environmental Compliance

Support and Supervision of the Plant Employees

Qualifications:
Basic computer knowledge

Good aptitude for logistics, planning, and scheduling

Ability to multitask

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with others

Ability to adapt quickly to changes

Mechanical skills and ability to ensure equipment is properly maintained

Familiarity with loaders and other machinery (preferred, but not required)
