We're on the lookout for a driven Construction Field Superintendent to join our growing team in Florida!

Responsibilities:

• Review plans and project documents with Project Managers
• Coordinate crew assignments and schedules
• Maintain pre-construction documentation and schedules
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Attend regular meetings
• Track and report CMU/Brick/Veneer counts daily
• Manage daily material inventory
• Strict contract document control
• Operate with technology - Laptops / Tablets / Smartphones
• Assist in Monthly Billings and Invoices
• Identify when RFI's & Change Orders are needed
• Build and cultivate relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Deadline and Detail oriented
• Professional and self-motivated
• Able to work well under pressure
• Travel may be required
• Strong planning skills

About the Company:

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
