Hospitality means more to us than just being there. Listening, conveying warmth and a little passion for one of the most beautiful places to make our guests' vacation days as pleasant as possible, so that they go home happy and long to come back to us.

We are looking for a reliable, committed, enthusiastic and warm-hearted employee for our family business with 23 holiday apartments spread over 3 houses in the center of Oberstdorf. The employee will be responsible for the process and guest care.

Responsibilities:
- Processing booking process in Tramino (inquiries, reservations, bookings, booking)

Maintenance of online portals
- Reception and farewell of guests (check in/check out)
- Creating registration forms
- Guest care during their stay with excursion tips or similar
- Phone calls and email correspondence with guests, craftsmen and companies
- Billing
- Organization, control, vacation plans, cleaning schedules
- Maintenance of booking platforms and social media

Requirements:

Good knowledge of German in spoken and written form
- Good computer skills

Experience with Microsoft Office and hotel software (ideally Tramino) would be desirable
- Enjoyment of work
- Friendliness and open demeanor
- Communicative
- Willingness to learn new technology
- Self-initiative desired
- Organizational talent
