Description

To complete our team in the production department, we are currently looking for a full-time Credit Specialist (m/f/d) for Individual Business (high requirements - special financing) as soon as possible.

What you can achieve with us:

You will comprehensively process and evaluate complex credit engagements with a focus on the "real estate developer", "project developer" and "renewable energy" segments with a risk volume of TEUR 750, in accordance with credit approval guidelines (KVR) and work instructions

You will assess investment projects for risk adequacy, particularly in terms of feasibility, profitability and sustainability, with a focus on success and perspective

You will continuously monitor the risk situation of your assigned engagements, present them and order and manage collateral

You will work closely with team members from sales, especially from the corporate customer bank, and act in a customer-oriented, goal-oriented and solution-oriented manner

You will participate in the rating process

You will review and evaluate (special) collateral

You will determine debt service capacity

You will vote on credit applications as part of the decision-making process, sometimes exercising your own credit authority

You will create credit and collateral agreements and process collateral changes as part of collateral management (notary matters)
