We are hiring:


Supply Officer (m/f/d) for Airbus:


Your responsibilities:


  • Ensuring the processing of all customer orders and deliveries according to deadlines and quality requirements
  • Transmitting demand forecasts, such as demand plans and forecast analyses
  • Responsible for order processing and the flow of demand orders (e.g. spare parts, missing parts, production parts, hardware, and equipment) and order management
  • Monitoring, placing, and tracking orders
  • Daily supervision and monitoring of the supply chain, as well as close collaboration with suppliers
  • Proactively informing the customer about the progress of orders
  • Analyzing delayed deliveries and managing recovery plans

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in supply chain/logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in areas such as procurement/material sourcing, supplier management, customer service, and supply chain management
  • Experience in project management is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent in German and English
