The Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll tax compliance for the organization.
• Manage all aspects of payroll tax compliance for multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Handle reconciliations, filings, and payments for federal, state, and local payroll taxes.
• Utilize ADP Smart Compliance for tax filings and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll tax laws for compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payroll tax inquiries.
• Assist with year-end processes and payroll tax audits.
• Analyze payroll tax data for process improvement.
• Provide support for equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll tax administration.
• Proficiency in ADP Smart Compliance software.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
