Role: Business Analyst with Insurance

Location: Burlington, NC

Job Description:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in web portal or web application projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Understanding of the insurance or brokerage industry is a plus.

Skills:

Business requirements gathering and analysis.

Use case and user story creation.

UI/UX collaboration and design principles.

Data analysis and reporting requirements.

Quality assurance and testing coordination.

Documentation and communication.

Change management processes.

Knowledge of web technologies and applications.

Familiarity with the insurance or brokerage industry (preferred).
