    Job Description:
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in web portal or web application projects.
    • Strong analytical and problem
    • solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Understanding of the insurance or brokerage industry is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Business requirements gathering and analysis.
    • Use case and user story creation.
    • UI/UX collaboration and design principles.
    • Data analysis and reporting requirements.
    • Quality assurance and testing coordination.
    • Documentation and communication.
    • Change management processes.
    • Knowledge of web technologies and applications.
    • Familiarity with the insurance or brokerage industry (preferred).
