    At Home Real Estate Services is a Growing Property Management Company that has a career opportunity available in a fast paced, professional, fun working environment for a Front Desk Coordinator.

    We are seeking a talented individual to join our team to assist with customer service and the large volume of calls we take daily. We are looking for a team player with the right mix of work ethic, personality, and skills. Must be able to juggle multiple priorities, communicate clearly, be extremely well organized, and able to perform well under pressure.

    Qualifications:

    This person should like putting together puzzles, be able to handle highly stressful situations and be very good with working with a large variety of personality types. As well as:

    • Great customer service skills.
    • The ability and willingness to welcome and communicate with a wide variety of clients with a consistently positive & upbeat personality.
    • Typing skills of 35 wpm or better.
    • Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Calendar, Word, and Excel.
    • Well adept at multitasking.
    • Previous experience with multi-lined phones with over 100 calls a day.

    Job Description:

    • Answering calls per day.
    • Providing Callers and Walk in's broker provided information on rental listings.
    • Working with Leasing Agents to set showing appointments, including helping keep Google Calendar up to date
    • Entering rental payments and helping with record keeping, filing and data entry
    • Making courtesy and follow-up calls to owners and leasing clients
    • Communicating among Team Members when properties are leased or when changes are requested
    • Helping to enter data from calls into our software.
    • Conveying the message, "We want to rent to you" to all of our prospects.
    • Helping with the back end of the website.
    • Working with the Team to organize information, keys, etc on Move In Packets.
    • Helping out all other team members as needed

    Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 - 5:30 with an hour lunch.
    *Background Check Required

    Benefits include paid vacation time after one year, major holidays off, and business casual dress.
