What to expect:
Somatic is seeking an Operations Lead to manage robot deployments.

This role is suited for someone who is Independent, responsible, comfortable using a screw driver, and enjoys challenging/ non-boring work.

You will deliver and assemble a robot at customer on one day and troubleshoot robot issues with teammates the next.

You will work daily with the QA (quality assurance) team as well as interact with software and hardware teammates to help solve problems and develop ideas and procedures.

You will be involved in defining, tracking, and maintaining various aspects of robot deployment. From shipping to cleaning quality - with the goal of improving the company's execution through multiple phases of deployment. You will be expected to be a self-starter and independent. Part of the role includes unblocking issues and reaching out to team members when you need help.

No technical knowledge or skills are required - you will be taught everything needed as long as you are responsible, motivated, and diligent.

As an Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our day-to-day operations.


Duties:

• Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Visit robot sites within 1 hour drive time
• Learn how to deploy a robot and assist the local staff on assembly process
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational performance / work with remote software and hardware teams to improve processes

Pay:
$60, $61,000.00 per year
