    Chart's Welder position plays a key role in the manufacturing process of Charts products. Our Tulsa Independence location is currently seeking candidates interested in the Welder position and growing their skillset with us.

    **_What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be_**

    + Operation of cranes, hand tools and forklifts

    + Welding of structural material through established manufacturing processes with minimum instruction and minimum supervision

    + Accurately maintain required records

    + Maintain cleanliness of assigned work area

    + Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs

    + Complete and follow all safety procedures and policies

    + Complete company provided training to effectively perform required job responsibilities

    + Other work as assigned

    **_Your Education Should Be_**

    High School diploma or GED

    Ability to pass a 3G structural welding test

    Proficient in knowledge of blueprint reading and welding symbols

    Proficient in welding best practices

    **_Your Physical Work Environment Will Require_**

    Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs

    Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking and occasional crawling

    Frequent pushing, pulling and handling of material

    Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions

    Repetitive hand movements during welding operations

    **_Your Professional Experience Should Be_**

    + Ability to pass a 3G structural welding test

    + Potential to work up to 6 days a week for 12 hours days

    + Ability to:

    + Adhere to Company Standards and Values

    + Adhere to attendance standards

    + Meet deadlines for assignments

    + Interact personably with co-workers and associates
