Seeking BCBA for Flexible Part-Time Hours (independent contractor)

Dream Team Behavioral Services, LLC is currently seeking to add an individual to our team as an independent contractor. We are a newly founded small-sized company that provides services such as:
direct ABA therapy, caregiver training, ABA tutoring, and ABA workshops for small groups. Our mission is to provide top quality behavioral services to a select group of highly committed individuals. We believe it takes a team to achieve the dream

This position is ideal for a BCBA who may have a little experience in the field and is looking for a supportive team to assist with treatment planning.

The BCBA will start off with a low rate of weekly hours and as quarterly goals are met and competency is reached, hours will increase.

The BCBA must have strong communication skills, time management, and self-motivation.


Job Duties:

• Providing ongoing supervision to BCaBA, RBT, and assigned client(s)
• Updating treatment plans, creating stimuli, completing client progress reports

Time Commitment: 12 months


Employment Status:
Independent Contractor (4-6 hours per week)

• M.S. and BCBA credential
• Ability to supervise BCaBA (or willing to complete CEU)
• Certifications:
• CPR; OSHA/ HIV; HIPAA
• State licenses if residing outside of Florida
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
• Ability to communicate clearly
• Flexibility in Work Location
• Ability to travel (1x per month, per client)
• Ability to work from home (including: reliable internet and camera)
• Telehealth sessions

Preferred:

• Currently credentialed with Magellan or Cigna
• Experience in the field of ABA providing direct therapy

Rate
- $60-$65 billable rate
- $20 office rate
- $10 initial training rate
