Your responsibilities:

Monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines of national ground-mounted solar projects
Creating regular status reports on a daily and weekly basis
Coordinating with local authorities and TSO/DSO during construction meetings
Identifying and managing risks and documenting project progress on-site
Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements and standards
Supporting the project manager with change requests
Adjusting construction plans and achieving construction progress

Your qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
At least 3 years of experience in the solar industry. Broad understanding of multidisciplinary activities in construction, including electrical engineering, mechanics, construction, HSEQ, and environment
Familiarity with national and international technical
