Position Overview:


We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our team as an Operations Lead. Responsibilities:


Day-to-Day Execution: As the Operations Lead, you oversee the day-to-day operations of the Golf Ranch. This includes coordinating tasks, managing resources, and ensuring that operational processes are executed efficiently to meet business objectives.

Staffing Expectations and Coordination:
You are responsible for coordinating staffing requirements to ensure adequate coverage and alignment with operational needs. Your strategic approach to staffing helps optimize productivity and enhance the overall customer experience.

Program and Event Execution:

As the Operations Lead, you play a key role in the execution of programs and events at the Golf Ranch.

This includes overseeing the delivery of various activities to enhance customer experiences and drive engagement.

Basic MOD (Manager on Duty)

Functions:

You assume basic Manager on Duty responsibilities, including overseeing operations, addressing customer inquiries, and upholding company standards during assigned shifts.

This involves monitoring facility operations, resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons.
