    Description

    Our client, a US company that markets and distributes over-the-counter healthcare and personal care products, is passionate about offering innovative and quality products to customers around the globe. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, the Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading one of the company's flagship businesses. This marketer will be responsible for driving top line and profit growth, aligned with the overall brand vision. Tenure in CPG brand marketing, with P&L experience, is REQUIRED; ability to work in diverse, fast-paced, and self-managed environment with an emphasis on collective, collaborative teamwork a must

    Job Duties:

    • Develop brand plan to achieve company P&L targets, including but not limited to advertising, program/promotions, and research
    • Manage day-to-day logistics of brand programs; own timeline management, budget, and program analysis
    • Plan and execute digitally-focused marketing campaigns: Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Influencer, Organic Social, Content Creation
    • Deliver consumption-based data analysis for brand; provide actionable insight to better understand market trends and dynamics and identify growth opportunities
    • Support and collaborate with Sales
    • Manage 1-2 direct reports
