Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Manager to join our team.

As the Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our wellness programs and initiatives as well as patient care coordination.

This is a key role that requires a strategic thinker with strong customer service skills and a passion for promoting health and well-being.


Duties:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs to promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing among employees
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create engaging wellness initiatives, including fitness challenges, workshops, and educational campaigns
  • Utilize ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies to promote wellness products and services
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the wellness industry
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of wellness programs and make datadriven recommendations for improvement
  • Manage budgets for wellness initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
  • Oversee product management for wellnessrelated offerings, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and inventory management
  • Coordinate with public relations team to develop marketing materials and promote wellness programs internally and externally
  • Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in wellness

Experience:


  • Content creation and video editing for social media branding
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public health, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful wellness programs
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
  • Strategic planning skills with the ability to develop longterm goals and objectives
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and initiatives to stakeholders
