We are currently seeking a full-time Commercial Manager (m/f/d) - Project Business at our Bad Kreuznach location, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of balance sheets for auditors and tax consultants for all companies
  • Conducting wage tax audits, company audits, and other relevant audits
  • Liquidity management, including credit negotiations, contract preparations, and development bank applications
  • Active participation in contract management with clients, including providing guarantees and creating payment plans
  • Collaboration with lawyers for legal matters related to VOB, disrupted construction processes, payment terms, etc.
  • Close collaboration with sales, technical management, MAWI, and production management to achieve commercial goals
  • Monthly preparation of binding documents for management, including order backlog,
