Our client is looking for an HR Generalist/HR Specialist (m/f/d) for immediate employment in a direct position.

The Responsibilities

Personnel administration
Preparation of payroll
Workforce planning
Recruiting (including social media)
General applicant management, including creating and formulating job advertisements
Employment contracts
Processing vacation requests
Planning of trainings

The Profile

Planning of trainings
Completed training (personnel clerk) or degree with HR focus
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form, with a professional and friendly demeanor
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Ability to work independently in a closely collaborating team
Selfmotivated, dedicated, and passionate
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Problemsolving mindset
Excellent German and English skills
