- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Provide supervision and support to clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between clinical departments to promote seamless patient care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in healthcare management and medical technologies to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of medical management principles, practices, and regulations
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing clinical teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
