- Supervises all activities and services at the First Choice Solutions location;
- Provides direct supervision of all staff of the First Choice Solutions Community Support Services location to adhere to the mission and goals of the organization;
- Holds staff meetings;
- Ensures First Choice Solutions Community Support Services policies and procedures are in place and observed to guide program operations and employee job performance;
- Collaborates with staff to monitor and direct program and therapeutic content;
- Ensures all operations are consistent with applicable laws, statutes, grants, and/or other requirements.
- Develops and implements the process of data collection documentation and program evaluation. Assigns and monitors collection and submission of this data;
- Supervises and directs staff development/training plan;
- Works with staff to maintain the facility and grounds in optimal condition;
- Works with staff to maintain a safe environment;
- Builds community partnership to enhance program content, referral sources, resources, and fund development;
- Implements the developing, and tracking of departmental budgets and payroll, and outcomes
- Uses, coordinates changes, and implements the First Choice Solutions Community Support Services model with program staff.
- Develop funding proposals for the program to ensure the continuous delivery of services;
- Attends meetings related to the First Choice Solutions Community Support Services and keeps First Choice Solutions Community Support Services staff updated on the program's progress, projects, successes, and concerns.
- Collaborate with fundraising staff to ensure grants and other materials align with program goals and outcomes.
- Cultivate existing relationships with vendors, community groups, companies and schools with the goal of ensuring sufficient resources and access to services.
- Performs other duties necessary as the Clinical Director.
