- Assisting in the preparation and review of income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 for multiples under the supervision of the Tax Director and Tax Partner.
- Knowledgeable in Tax accounting and tax compliance rules along with preparing the quarterly and yearly tax provision and tax returns.
- Preparing the stand-alone and consolidated federal and state 'C-Corp' income tax using a tax return software
- Assisting with planning and performing tax research on various federal, state, and international tax issues and prepare tax memorandum.
- Relevant College Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, (etc.)
- Must have a CPA license
- MST license is preferred
- At least 2+ years working in corporate and/or Big 4 Public Accounting
- Must be willing to travel to client sites in local areas
