I am looking for a Technical Product Manager who will partner with the internal Marketing and Sales business stakeholders, operations teams and end users like sellers, business development representatives - to understand their processes/ pain points and collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the technology solution roadmap and vision.
The product manager will collaborate with business teams, other Product Managers, Program Managers, and Co-lead the planning, testing and execution of business requirements on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
The role will also partner with technical and UX teams to design and develop technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This specific role will be working in CRM technologies (SFDC & MSFT Dynamics) and will be primarily focusing on the Sales experience in MSFT Dynamics.
Individuals with hands on technical knowledge around Dynamics and other 3rds party seller applications like Outreach, Zoominfo, Linkedin to name a few - will be preferred.

4+ years of product management experience is requiredexperience launching global large-scale technology solutions with supporting change management
~ Must have a technical understanding of the Marketing and Sales space on relevant CRM technologies like MSFT Dynamics.
~ Solid experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology
~ Proven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projects
~ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences, as well as, communicate effectively to individual contributors, management, and executive leadership
~ Excellent conflict-resolution management skills; Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field, or relevant work experience; experience in working in CRM solutions is highly desirable
