    As a Director of Product Management for the Workspace AI Platform team, you will lead the team towards the next evolution of how people can collaborate together as we enter the next new tech paradigm shift: Generative AI.

    In this role, you will work cross-functionally owning product development, from ideation through commercial launch, working across the product area with other Product Managers and Engineering executives to transform Workspace with Gen AI capabilities.

    This includes ownership of the Gemini side panel platform across Workspace and the infrastructure and platform that powers Gen AI throughout Workspace.

    Through your leadership, you'll leverage your technical expertise to identify opportunities across the product area with a keen focus on product evolution.

    You will build and manage a high performing product team while driving product strategy and execution.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

    Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    Responsibilities
    Define the product vision and strategy for Generative AI across Workspace.
    Design and lead a multi-year roadmap, balancing short and long-term goals and investments to scale globally.
    Own cross-functional ownership of product development process from ideation through development and commercial launch.
    Analyze competitors and industry trends to advance our products and drive innovation.
    Collaborate with multiple internal, executive, and external teams to ensure coordination and information sharing throughout product development.
