Main tasks include:
Radiology Technologist

  • Under the direction of the Imaging Lead or Manager, the Rad Technologist provides general diagnostic imaging services.
  • Ability to demonstrate radiation protection/safety for patients, staff and self as outlined in department protocols and regulatory guidelines is of vital importance.
  • Maintaining equipment, exam rooms and work areas in a neat and safe condition is expected.
  • Performs examinations in a proficient, courteous, and professional manner so as to favorably promote the services offered at the facility.

Qualifications:
Qualification

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required.
  • Diploma from a certified school of radiologic technology.
  • Minimum Two (2) years experience as a registered Radiology Technologist required, acute care experience preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association required.
  • Active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license required.
