Strategic Procurement Officer for Infrastructure Facility Services (Security Services and Other Services) (f/m/d)

What are your main responsibilities?
You will be responsible for the entire procurement process for infrastructure building management (IGM):

  • You analyze and plan procurement needs
  • You advise the specialist departments in preparing tenders for security services (e.g. security guard services) as well as other IGM services (e.g. relocation services, janitorial services, pest control)
  • You take the lead in creating tender documents (especially performance descriptions and specifications, price sheets, contract terms, determination of suitable qualification and award criteria)
  • You support the procurement offices in the technical evaluation of received offers and in responding to bidder inquiries
