- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students' learning and development.
- Provide one-on-one and group behavior therapy sessions in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collect data on student progress and behavior, and maintain accurate records for analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavior support strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and adapt strategies as needed.
