part-time Behavior Technician As an
RBT, ABAT, or BCAT, you'll have the opportunity to work in the homes of our amazing clients, helping them learn and grow through positive reinforcement techniques.

The typical schedule for this part-time role includes morning and afternoon appointments.

Join us in making a difference in the lives of children and families As an RBT, ABAT, or BCAT, you're the friendly face of our company, bringing care and hope to those we serve.

With training and ongoing support from our team, you have everything you need to have a real impact on the children's lives.

You work directly with children in their homes, providing personalized 1:1 support. Your goal is to help children develop essential skills to thrive at home and in their community.

We provide you with all the tools and resources you need, including materials, stimuli, and best practices for effective learning, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement.

OUR IDEAL BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and uptodate
- insurance

  • Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors
  • Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records
  • Prior experience in childcare

Preferred:

  • Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable)
  • A 40hour BT certificate
  • TRICARE certification
  • A passion for driving change and supporting independent growth
  • A desire to be a positive influence in the community and in the lives of our clients
