Order Processing Employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

You receive and enter orders into our merchandise management system
You are responsible for monitoring the entire order process
You organize transportation, create shipping documents, and handle any complaints that may arise
You also negotiate prices with our transport service providers
You are responsible for maintaining customer master data
