We are currently seeking a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) for our administration in Münchberg, starting as soon as possible, in full-time or part-time.


  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Point of contact for managers and employees for all HR and labor law related topics
  • Independent administrative processing from entry to exit for currently around 70 employees at 6 locations
  • Design and management of projects related to the development of recruiting and applicant management
  • Preparation of salary and wage data for the tax office
  • WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • You have a degree as a personnel clerk (m/f/d) or a completed degree with a focus on HR, as well as professional experience in human resources
  • You possess initiative, creativity, and the ability to successfully solve complex problems
  • You have empathy and strong communication skills
  • You bring reliability, initiative, and a desire for new ideas
