The Munich branch and Nuremberg branch are managed from Hallbergmoos. Currently, there are 12 colleagues working at both locations. In Nuremberg, there are two employees in the branch's central calculation department, four construction managers, one secretary, and one branch manager. This makes us well-positioned. Now, we are looking for a third full-time construction manager in Hallbergmoos to support us in the long-term execution of renovation projects.

What will be your responsibilities

  • Preparation and execution of various renovation projects
  • Documentation, invoicing, and controlling of own construction measures
  • Coordination of commercial personnel
  • Coordination with external partners (clients, engineering offices, subcontractors, etc.)
